• Products will be digital-only.
• I have the right to use the work created as an   example for future work and publish it on my   social networks. If you want the commission to   be private you must pay an extra amount.
• I have the right to reject your commission if I am   not comfortable with what you want me to   draw.PAYMENTS
• Commissions will be made in order of payment
• To start a commission the payment must be   covered 100% in advanceREVISIONS
• First 3 revisions within the first two phases   (sketch - Base color) are free. If you ask for a   change after you had approved to the second   WIP (Base color), there will be an extra charge   for me to do it.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• The delivery time for the first sketch is 1-2 weeks.   Once approved I will proceed with the base   color and then the final product, of which I will   be sending WIPs until finished (1-2 weeks).USE
• Commissions are for personal use only.
• For commissions for commercial use you   should contact me so we can discuss prices and   accreditation of the work.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I retain all rights to the illustration, you are   paying me to create an image, not to assign   the rights.REFUNDS
• Refunds will only be made if you wish to cancel   the commission at the sketch stage. Otherwise I   do not make returnsCOMMUNICATION
